That's one of our Vegas favorites, too. Don't know when we'll ever go back, since my parents don't live there anymore, though. Glad you got to see them!
Sorry I've been out of the blogging loop for awhile, but I'm back in now. I loved all your pictures, especially the ones of all 6 of you. Looks like you had a great time! I'm with you on the Las Vegas thing. Dave had a conference there every year for many years, and after the 1st year I didn't care if we ever went back or not, but we did, and it was always a challenge to sift through the bad stuff and still have a good time. So nice you were able to see the contrast by going to the temple. I'm sure your older kids will remember that.
I also love the Ballagio water show. The second one I saw was the first time I ever heard the Sarah Brightman/Andrea Bocelli duet 'Time To Say Goodbye'. It was beautiful and amazing. I bought the CD after that. It's too bad you couldn't stay for more songs. I definitely noticed some songs were better than others and even evoked emotion. I'm glad you got to see it.
I am a wife, and a mother of six. Having a family is one of my greatest joys. I am also a piano teacher to students from beginner to advanced levels. Some activities that bring me immense enjoyment are playing piano, singing, dancing, mountain biking, hiking, laughing, hanging out with family and friends, going to church, playing games, cooking, eating, and reading good books.
I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know this is Christ's true church in these latter days, and that he personally restored it through the prophet Joseph Smith. The gospel brings immense joy to my life, especially with the knowledge that, through temple ordinances, I will have my family with me forever. Very pretty! I love to watch these fountains. I could always sit and watch them for hours if I didn't have kids with me.
